  • Exterior walls are 2x6 or 2x8 wood studs @ 16” O.C.

  • Wall sheathing is 3/8” OSB or 3/8” denseglass

  • Interior walls are 2x6 or 2x8 wood studs @ 16” O.C.

  • Roof trusses are open-web 2x4 construction as per engineering

  • Roof sheathing is 7/16” OSB

  • Pitched (6/12) roof with asphalt shingles

  • Soffit, Facia, and Eavestrough is pre-finished aluminum

  • Vinyl Siding finish with accents (stone and metal flashing)

  • Windows are energy efficient dual glazed argon filled Low E vinyl pvc

  • Shelving is painted MDF

  • Painting is to be one coat prime with two additional coats of eggshell latex paint.  All interior woodwork to be primed and painted with two coats of semi-gloss latex
